OHA® Press
OHA-Press is an asbestos-free sealing material. It contains aramid fibers and other high-temperature asbestos substitutes, which are processed under high pressure and elevated temperature with high-quality elastomers.
Characteristics
OHA-Press OHA-Press shows an excellent sealing behavior with gases and liquids, while at the same time good adaptability. This low-cost sealing material has a good compressive strength. Furthermore, OHA-Press is resistant to many solvents, oils, fuels, water and many other media.
Areas of applications
Sanitary and heating sector, machinery, plant and pipeline construction. Well suited for low to medium thermal-mechanical strain. Because of its physiological harmlessness, OHA-Press can also be used in drinking water and foodstuffs.
Surface
OHA-Press seals are standard on both surfaces with an anti-stick coating, which makes it much easier to remove or install new seals.
